Body Cleansing and Shield

This is a fundamental exercise through which we strengthen and protect our energy field. It forms the foundation of the first cycle and of all the exercises that follow in the first cycle. I created this exercise by experimenting on myself, always armed with patience, perseverance, and faith. In the same spirit, it follows the approach used in most exercises of the SENTERIS method.

A few words about how this exercise was created

I discovered this exercise through my personal journey of inner search, in my effort to develop my spiritual abilities and uncover the true powers hidden within me. It is a vital practice for the protection and strengthening of our energy field.

In 1999, during the Easter Lent — specifically throughout Holy Week — I spent many days in complete silence, observing the entire fast without food or water. My goal was to cultivate inner stillness, in order to hear and see that which only a purified body (free from toxins) and an open heart (pure and filled with love) can perceive.

Everything happened on Holy Thursday.

I was quite exhausted and in a state of continuous, uninterrupted prayer — “Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on me.” It was the moment I was thinking of drinking a little water, just enough to help me continue.

I was gazing at the water in the glass…

And it was in that very moment that the conception of an idea came to me.

It was a profound moment of Divine Inspiration — the kind that comes as a message from God.
I realized that, up until that point, I had been making a significant omission.
I used to envision the energy within me as Light.
But as I gazed at the water, a new thought arose:

What is more molecularly dense — light or air?
Of course, air.
And what is more dense — air or water?
Naturally, water.

And so, I began to visualize the energy flowing within me in its most condensed form — as Liquid Light Energy.

From this fundamental realization, I went on to develop a series of techniques that allowed me — at any given moment, and within just a few seconds — to nourish my entire system with immense quantities of liquid white light.

These surges of energy are incredibly powerful, and their electromagnetic field is entirely measurable — even by the simplest electromagnetic instruments.

Brain Reprogramming
The technique behind this exercise is based on Alpha Waves and the well-known Double-Slit Experiment (Young’s experiment), as presented to us by Quantum Physics.

Through the Science of Consciousness (Quantum Mechanism), it becomes evident that the observer influences the observed, which in turn responds in alignment with the observer’s expectations.

Young’s experiment demonstrates the profound influence that consciousness has on everything.
All things are described as wave-like in nature, and everything exists in a state of superposition — where all possible outcomes coexist simultaneously — until a measurement is made by a conscious observer.

At that moment, the wave function collapses, and one of the possible versions is randomly selected as the actual outcome.

What is truly astonishing in this interpretation is that before observation, nothing is truly real — and it is the conscious being, through the act of observation, that brings reality into existence.
There is no “definite state” prior to observation.

Regarding Alpha waves and the different functions of the two hemispheres of the brain, the first research in human history was conducted by American psychiatrist Roger Sperry. For this groundbreaking work, he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 1981.

In his study, Dr. Sperry and his scientific team — in an effort to treat epilepsy — surgically severed the corpus callosum, a bundle of nerve fibers that connects and facilitates communication between the two hemispheres of the brain.

They then observed how the brain functioned after this separation.
What they discovered was that each hemisphere of the brain possesses different qualities and functions.

Moreover, they found that the right hemisphere (associated with the subconscious) operates — or vibrates — at a different frequency than the left hemisphere (associated with conscious awareness).

The results showed, approximately, that the right hemisphere pulses at a frequency of 7 to 10 cycles per second, while the left hemisphere pulses at 17 to 20 cycles per second.

In both cases, this indicates that — due to the difference in frequency and function — the two hemispheres are unable to work together harmoniously.

The brain waves emitted during this state are classified as being in the Beta level — a term that comes directly from the specific waves the brain produces when operating in this particular state of activity. The Beta state is associated with active, conscious thought, problem-solving, and decision-making. However, it also reflects a division in inner coherence — as the conscious and subconscious minds remain disconnected, functioning on different levels of vibration.

The purpose of this exercise is to synchronize the two hemispheres of the brain by working with the hemisphere we have direct access to — the left hemisphere.
Through this process, we consciously lower the frequency of the left hemisphere, aiming to bring it into alignment with the frequency of the right hemisphere.

In this harmonized state, the brain begins to produce what are known as Alpha waves, and the level of consciousness we enter at that moment is referred to as the Alpha state.

The Alpha state is the first level of deep, conscious access to the subconscious mind.
In this state, our inner powers are not simply doubled — they are multiplied a hundredfold.

The Alpha state is a kind of artificial sleep in which only the body sleeps.
The mind remains lightly awake, maintaining a basic yet effective connection with both the environment and conscious awareness.

This unique state allows the practitioner to intervene in the brain and body, much like a programmer, in order to erase harmful patterns and programs.
Additionally, it enables the installation of new, beneficial mental programs that support the practitioner’s well-being and inner development.

To understand how important it is to use both hemispheres of the brain simultaneously, consider the following example:
If you grab onto a horizontal bar with one hand — even your stronger hand — most people will only be able to hang for 1 or 2 seconds.
But if you use both hands, you might manage to hang for 60, 90, even 120 seconds or more.

This clearly shows that the result is not linear — it's not a case of 1 hand + 1 hand = 2 seconds, but rather 1 hand + 1 hand = 100+ seconds.
The same principle applies if you try to stand or jump using only one leg versus using both legs together.

Conclusion:
When the entire brain is functioning in full synchronization, our abilities no longer follow ordinary limits — they become suddenly limitless.

Microcosmic Orbit of Energy.

This technique originates from the Taoist Masters of China.

Its purpose is to activate the entire human organism, the energy centers, and the brain.

It is a fundamental technique for the activation of Kundalini (bodily energy).

In this exercise, the body functions like a small nuclear reactor, except that instead of uranium or plutonium, it uses the energy located between our sexual organs and the lower end of our spine.

This exercise, the Microcosmic Orbit of Energy, takes its name from the path the energy follows within our body (the Microcosm).

The flow of energy begins at the first center at the base, which is the sexual organs, and ascends through the spine to the brain. Then, by placing the tongue against the palate, the energy in the head passes through the throat and moves downward. It then travels through the chest, the abdomen, and finally returns to the first center. In this way, the entire body and all its mechanisms encountered along the path are activated.

This technique is my own invention. I created it with the ultimate purpose of being able to make myself instantly and clearly understood by my students, so that I can transfer to them knowledge and abilities (INITIATION) which would otherwise require decades of training to acquire.

A few words on how I created the exercise:
EYE ACTIVATION – CONTACT WITH THE SUBCONSCIOUS

One night, many years ago, around 1:00 to 2:00 in the early morning, I was polishing the blade of my personal Katana (Japanese sword) with a white silk cloth. As I occasionally glanced at my eyes reflected on the side of the blade, I noticed that the more I polished it, the more clearly I could see my eyes. Since nothing happens by chance, at the very moment my eyes appeared crystal clear, the idea was conceived.

By occasionally studying some of the medical books that my mother often brought home (due to her profession), I had learned that the nerves from the brain, from whichever hemisphere they originate, end up on the opposite side of the body, thus forming a cross pattern.

In other words, the right hemisphere of the brain controls the left side of our body and our left limbs, while the left hemisphere of the brain controls the right side of the body and the right limbs.

For this reason, if someone suffers a stroke in the right hemisphere, the limbs on the left side of the body become paralyzed, whereas if a stroke occurs in the left hemisphere, the limbs on the right side of the body become paralyzed.

Therefore, I realized that the left eye is connected to the right hemisphere of the brain (Subconscious), and the right eye is connected to and primarily controlled by the left hemisphere of the brain (Conscious).

Knowing that the eyes are a means of connecting with the inner self of the person to whom they belong, I came to the following conclusion: The best way to be truly understood is not by looking someone in both eyes, but by focusing our gaze solely on the other person’s left eye.

In this way, we gain access to the “hard drive” of their brain, bypassing the critical part of the left hemisphere, which may react negatively as it is always guided by personal experiences, knowledge, and beliefs.

This, in itself, leads to the reasoning that it is quite possible for someone to use this technique with the intention of influencing another person’s free will and, to some extent, making them a pawn under their control.

However, being already aware of this important detail, I have created special safety mechanisms. In every lesson I teach, I perform the corresponding initiation for each student, while at the same time transferring a program—whether in written, energetic, or verbal form—so that, in the event they use the abilities I give them for selfish (negative) purposes, all functions related to that specific work are automatically deactivated.

In this way, my student is protected from the possible influence of the “Ego,” preventing them from burdening their Karma with harmful actions, and I, as the Teacher, am also protected so as not to be held responsible as a moral instigator.

Techniques for Activating the Body’s Fluids

This exercise consists of a combination of body movements and was created by a highly enlightened person in Tibet. The teacher who taught it to me had learned this exercise from Lama Tiu Bounak.

These movements unblock and free the flow of blood through the veins and the nervous fluid through the nerves, thus maintaining a strong and healthy body. The technique of activating the body’s fluids significantly increases the electricity (energy) throughout our entire organism.

Excess weight (fat), lack of physical exercise, and incorrect posture in daily life dramatically hinder the natural flow of blood and nervous fluid in our body, thus triggering the development of various health problems.
The results of this exercise are visible and fully measurable from the very first session. Using specialized equipment, an increase in energy in the body of at least 5000–6000% is recorded within the first few minutes of performing the exercise.

Note: These movements should be performed calmly, gently, and, above all, enjoyably. Two repetitions are recommended, preferably during the morning hours.

Technique of Drawing Energy from the Environment
This exercise, like the “Activation of the Body’s Fluids” exercise, is a combination of body movements. It originates from a highly enlightened person in Tibet. The teacher who taught it to me had learned it from Lama Tiu Bounak.

The specific movements of the “Technique of Drawing Energy from the Environment” magnetize and attract into our organism enormous amounts of energy from the atmosphere around us. Within the first five minutes after performing the exercise, the energy in our body increases by at least 5000–6000%. These results are fully measurable and can be verified using specialized measuring equipment.

These movements cause a swirling of energy around our body, creating energy vortices that attract electrons from the entire Universe, like magnets.

Note: These movements are best performed in the morning, calmly, gently, and enjoyably.

The 7 Energy Centers

What are the energy centers – Chakras

The Chakras are organs of the human body onto which nerves from the spinal column terminate, connecting the brain with the entire organism. The Chakras are associated with the life energy. There are a total of seven Chakras in the human body. Each chakra is a unique interface for the flow of life energy. The chakras vitalize the physical body and are related to interactions of a physical and mental nature.

Each chakra is a distinct organ of the body, which underfunctions as if it were asleep. In other words, it is in a state of readiness, waiting for us to awaken it so that it can work. Each chakra (energy center) is activated with its own key (Mantram) and is nourished by a specific quality of energy, which each time is defined by its color.

What is the MANTRAM?

The MANTRAM is a vibrational sound key. In general, all sounds are Mantram. However, the term has mainly been given to the vibrational keys connected with unlocking and activating great and important abilities that we possess, but which lie dormant within the body. These abilities are always ready to be awakened and to make our life better.

The Power of the Energy Centers

Each energy center, as it becomes ACTIVATED, grants us corresponding superpowers and abilities.

CAUTION: For the best results, it is advisable to activate each energy center individually and not all together in a single initiation. The activation needs to be carried out cumulatively.

Lake - Energy Nutrition through the atmosphere (quantum)

Many of us have heard about people who nourish themselves with solar energy, living for years without eating any food or drinking any water.

This technique is of Taoist origin and, unlike several methods that rely on sunlight, this particular exercise does not limit our attempt to be nourished by energy. The White Lake Exercise is not based on the Sun, but rather on the universal cosmic energy that permeates the universe. This means that in case of cloudy weather, or if for any reason we are confined to a place without light, by practicing the White Lake Exercise the only certainty is that we will not feel hunger.

Some may wonder: “How is it possible to nourish myself only with energy from the environment or to drink water from the air?”
Indeed, it is possible, and we can easily understand it if we think of the following: the main reason we eat is to obtain energy and building materials for our body. But how does this happen? Simply, by eating, our body transforms part of the food into muscle tissue and the rest into energy.

As most of us who are engaged in these subjects already know, if we look at any part of our body, as well as any form of matter, through a powerful microscope, we will see that everything in its basic structure is Light: Electrons = Energy, and this is what gives the various forms of the illusion we call matter, or in other words, molecular structure.

In reality, everything is energy, and therefore, when we eat different kinds of food, we are essentially choosing a primitive way to generate—through the mechanisms of our body—what we truly are: LIGHT.

As for water, apart from collecting it in the same way, there is also abundant water all around us in the form of humidity. You may have heard that we need to be careful with the use of air conditioners because they dehydrate the atmosphere of the space we are in.

Therefore, in reality, what we are doing by choosing this way of nourishment (if of course we are not forced by circumstances) is that we directly receive what we need from the atmosphere and, more broadly, from the Universe.

Telekinesis

The abilities of telekinesis, controlling electrical devices, and extinguishing a candle with the eyes are advanced and extraordinary.

Telepathy

This is an exercise of my own creation. I discovered it in 1996 when a student of mine, Margarita, came one morning to the school for her private lesson. Margarita had come along with her son, who was six years old at the time.

Because she had arrived a little earlier, she found me meditating. To be precise, I was performing the microcosmic orbit of energy. While she was waiting for me to finish my exercise, she had brought along a remote-controlled toy car for her son to play with and had placed it on the wooden floor. After a short while, when I completed my exercise and turned to look at them, at the exact moment my gaze fell on them, the toy car in front of them on the wooden floor moved a few centimeters.

Thinking that they had pressed some remote control buttons, I jokingly said to them, “Were you waiting eagerly for me to finish so you could play?” Then Margarita told me that the remote was in her bag. The toy car had started on its own. However, as we all know, nothing happens by itself, and the idea crossed my mind that I might be the cause of its movement. So I consciously focused my gaze on it a second time. This time I visualized it moving forward. To all our surprise, the toy car moved, and then I discovered something new. Our brain, or our gaze, can emit waves similar to a remote control. This incident was the beginning of my development and evolution of this particular technique.

Extinguishing candle with the eyes from distance

I discovered the technique for this exercise, as with most of my others, completely by chance and mainly by observing what happens around me.

Many years ago, I noticed that whenever my gaze fell on a candle flame, the flame would move as if blown by the wind, even though there was no draft or anything else that could have caused such behavior.

Later, I discovered that the reason this occurred was the power my eyes had gained through telekinesis training. I acquired this power by staring at the pyramid for several hours, visualizing it moving, without blinking. As a result, my eyes became so strong that they functioned like energy cannons.

Over time, while trying to understand what was happening and how my eyes could be useful at such a level, I focused my gaze mainly on a flame that I chose each time. I noticed that the more steadily I looked at the candle (flame) without blinking, the more intensely the flame would move. Eventually, it reached the point where, making a sound like a small explosion, with a tiny pop, the flame would extinguish. Over time, I developed a technique—a method so that any practitioner could reach this level.
